Role Overview
- Active participation in SAP projects
- Support of SAP-integrated business processes in the areas of Sales and Shipping
- Advising and supporting business units in the expansion of SAP/SD processes
- Organizing and coordinating Customizing and development requirements
- Administration and Customizing of SAP applications in the SAP SD module
- Central maintenance of customer master data and communication data in SAP
- Preparation of process documentation and training materials
Requirements
- Completed commercial or IT vocational training with additional business administration or (business) IT-related further education
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience as an SD key user or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of the SAP SD module including Customizing
- Basic knowledge of adjacent SAP modules (MM/FI)
- Extensive knowledge of sales and shipping/delivery processes
- Ideally: prior experience with SAP integration WSW SPEEDI and programming skills in ABAP
- Conceptual and analytical thinking
- Good written and spoken English
- Independent and structured working style
- Willingness to travel of approx. 20%
