Role Overview
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)
- Remove impediments that impact the squad's productivity
- Support the Product Owner and Development Team in backlog refinement and self-management
- Track agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Lead Time, and Cycle Time
- Promote and disseminate agile culture across teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master in technology teams
- Solid knowledge of the Scrum Guide and familiarity with frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, or XP
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with agile management tools, such as Azure DevOps
