Role Overview
- Facilitate the application of the Scrum framework and agile practices within the team
- Organize and lead agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective)
- Remove impediments and support the team in problem resolution
- Track activity progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage the backlog and tasks using Azure Boards
- Support DevOps management and consultants' capacity planning
- Promote collaboration among teams and stakeholders
- Ensure quality, organization, and efficiency of deliveries
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Delivery Lead
- Proficiency in agile methods (Scrum and Kanban)
- Knowledge of PMI-based management practices (planning, risk, and communication)
- Experience with Azure Boards
- Facilitation and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strategic mindset and results orientation
