Collections Representative I

Role Overview

• Responsible for collection services on delinquent and bankrupt accounts
• Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts and payments
• Receive and service inbound collection calls
• Review loan payment history
• Maintain confidentiality of the Bank’s customers’ personal and financial information
• Work with other Special Assets teams and departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years of collections experience
