Conduct extensive market research, analyze industry trends, and develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate the BioPharma & Research market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and create solutions to meet them.
Develop, refine, and implement a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with overall strategic goals of the company.
Create accurate forecasts and set performance metrics to measure the success of business initiatives.
Assist with or own specific projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record in formulating and executing strategies to achieve business development objectives, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders that produces significant business results.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Proven track-record of working effectively with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and technology, to align operational strategies with broader business goals.
