About this role
Role Overview
An experienced Actuarial Analyst will work autonomously and with project team members to execute key analyses for ongoing projects.
Produce high-quality work and delegate tasks to junior team members.
Complex data manipulation and summarization in Excel.
Utilize supplemental programming, statistical, and database skills for impactful client assignments.
Present results and recommendations clearly.
Oversee execution of projects, write reports, support client communication, and interact with clients directly.
Direct, train, and provide guidance to Actuarial Analysts.
Comply with internal quality control and participate in marketing opportunities.
Requirements
A minimum of three actuarial exams passed at the time of application, and in pursuit of an Associate credential from the Casualty Actuarial Society
Between two and ten years of professional actuarial fulltime work experience in pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, enterprise risk management, and/or reinsurance-related actuarial topics for North American and/or European companies
Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher at the time of application, including quantitative coursework in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, etc.
Substantial expertise with MS Excel and Word
Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for any immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.
