- Successfully completed Abitur (German university entrance qualification)
- Ideally completed an internship at an advertising agency
- High motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for advertising and an understanding of marketing communications
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
