Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Webflow's NAMER field marketing programs — including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events — with increasing ownership as you grow in the role.
Help build and maintain program timelines, run-of-show documents, vendor communications, and event logistics from pre-event planning through post-event wrap-up.
Work closely with the NAMER sales team to support field program execution, ensuring strong pre-event outreach, on-site sales presence, and post-event follow-through.
Support budget tracking across NAMER programs — monitoring spend, flagging variances, and helping the team consistently deliver programs on or under budget.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and contractors to support event production, swag, shipping, and on-site logistics.
Track and report on event performance metrics — including attendance, pipeline contribution, and engagement data — and contribute to post-event analysis and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the broader Events and Brand Marketing team, including EMEA-based colleagues, to share learnings, align on best practices, and contribute to a globally consistent Webflow field marketing experience.
Work on our largest event programs, including our annual user conference Webflow Conf.
