About this role
Role Overview
- 1:1 care for our patients
- Contributing to and delivering individualized care that takes patients' needs into account
- Basic and treatment-related nursing for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitoring of ventilation and vital parameters, emergency management and patient observation
- Supporting and assisting patients with daily activities
- Communication with patients and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed three-year training as a Gesundheits
- und Krankenpfleger (health and nurse), Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau (nursing specialist), Altenpfleger (geriatric nurse), Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester (registered nurse) or equivalent (m/f/d)
- Empathy, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Desirable but not mandatory: basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive nursing care
