Participation in planning and providing individualized care that takes patients' needs into account
Basic and treatment nursing for tracheotomized and/or ventilated patients
Monitoring of ventilation and vital parameters, emergency management and patient observation
Support and assistance to patients in their daily lives
Communication with relatives, patients, and other involved parties

Completed three-year training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d), Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau, geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
Independent and conscientious working style
Basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing desirable
