Serve as the main link between the Global Digital Hub and the Pharma network, aligning global/regional expectations and integrating business needs into delivery models.
Convert complex business requirements from commercial and medical teams into actionable service solutions delivered via the LAB.
Guide Service Delivery Leads on priorities and quality, while collaborating with managers on performance and talent growth.
Coordinate with external partners for quality execution and support finance activities, including tracking delivery data and cost tables.
Shape the evolution of LAB offerings and product direction to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and digital content ambitions.
Maintain transparent communication and reporting to build credibility across global, regional, and affiliate teams.
Foster a culture of improvement by integrating feedback and emerging technologies, such as AI, into daily operations.
Requirements
10+ years in service delivery, digital operations, or business partnering, ideally within life sciences.
Experience in client facing roles within a consulting firm is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Digital, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital content platforms, marketing technology, and a solid understanding of AI adoption within pharma business processes.
Proven track record of engaging global stakeholders and coordinating external partner relationships through strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive governance, and connect digital operations to tangible business outcomes.
