Role Overview
- Analyze the current organizational structure and operational processes at Durbal
- Compare the functional (activity-based) and object (product/customer-oriented) principles with respect to efficiency, transparency, and customer orientation
- Identify organizational, personnel and technical requirements
- Develop an implementation concept, including a roadmap and change-management approaches
- Optional: Conduct interviews or workshops with employees
Requirements
- Enrollment in a degree program in industrial engineering, business administration, organization/management, production engineering, or a comparable field
- Interest in organizational development and corporate structures
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and initiative
- Solid written and spoken English skills
