Organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements
Communicate project status and risks
Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements
Write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and lead to conclusions and recommendations
Create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications
Lead medium size reformulation projects across different chocolate category platforms in the area of flavours in Europe
Support Procurement sourcing and business continuity projects
Validate alternative limited flavours suppliers on sensory and process-ability metrics
Cooperate with Subject Matter Experts to assure limited flavours specifications deliver desired technical functionality
Run pilot plant trials and basic sensory validations
Challenge status quo, optimize formulas and assure efficient R&D resources utilization
Requirements
University degree in Food Technology or Engineering, Chemistry or related area
1-2 years of experience in food industry
Chocolate, sensory, PLM, spec management system, SAP knowledge would be appreciated
Fluency in English required, other language skills (Polish) are beneficial
General knowledge of food manufacturing technologies, ingredients and technical curiosity, ability to operate or to learn fast how to operate pilot plant equipment
Good project management and negotiation skills
Enthusiasm and full accountability for the results, self standing, open and ready to learn on the job
Can do attitude, thinking out of the box, creativity and happy to take up the challenges
Ability to work independently in a diverse and international environment
