Conducting interviews and guiding applicants through the hiring process
Point of contact for site security and the client
Coordination, control and maintenance of smooth operations and compliance within the contract
Documentation and reporting
Adherence to safety, quality and performance standards
Supervision of training

IHK-certified Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit (Master for Protection and Security) or equivalent qualification (required)
Firearms competency certificate in accordance with § 7 WaffG (desirable)
Experience in personnel management as well as in organizing and planning security operations
Excellent written and spoken German
Clean criminal record (certificate of good conduct)
Proficient MS Office skills
Convincing communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
Driving license class B
Nuclear regulatory reliability check (Atomrechtliche Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung, AtZüV) (desirable)
