About this role
Role Overview
Provide, modify and revoke user access across company systems, applications and platforms based on approved requests.
Administer access provisioning, deprovisioning and role-based access controls across systems and applications.
Maintain and implement access management policies, standards and procedures.
Support periodic user access reviews and attestations (privileged and non-privileged access).
Monitor and audit access logs and user activity to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Keep audit-ready documentation and evidence for access requests and approvals.
Collaborate with IT, HR and business units to ensure accurate and timely access changes.
Escalate high-priority or high-visibility access requests to senior levels as required.
Meet defined service level agreements and operational key performance indicators for access management.
Troubleshoot access issues and provide user support.
Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, workflows and documentation.
Support implementation of automation and self-service capabilities for access requests.
Document processes and maintain up-to-date access control documentation.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of three years’ experience in system access administration, IAM or IT operations.
Experience supporting access management in a regulated or enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of role-based access control principles, least privilege and segregation of duties.
Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP (user and group management).
Experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience supporting high-profile or business-critical applications.
Experience with Broadridge/Dataphile is required.
Experience supporting key client accounts.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with partners, clients and colleagues across Canada.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow is preferred.
IAM accreditations/certifications are an asset.
