Develop and adapt solutions according to Beneva's requirements and best practices
Participate in initiatives to optimize, improve performance, and secure applications and processes
Analyze and resolve issues to ensure operational continuity
Maintain solutions
Perform production deployments
Produce technical documentation for developed solutions
Perform various tests (functional, performance, etc.) to validate the stability, security, and quality of new features
Participate in functional and technical analysis of solutions as needed
Actively contribute to development team activities (code reviews, Agile ceremonies, leadership meetings, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software development
Strong experience in object-oriented programming, Java, and the Spring Framework
Knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with source control tools Git and GitHub
Proficiency in SQL
Familiarity with CI/CD and build tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, etc.
Experience in test automation: JUnit/GUnit, JMeter, BDD, Selenium, etc.
Ability to work in an Agile environment (SCRUM / Kanban)
Proficiency in Gosu and development tools related to Guidewire ClaimCenter (asset)
Experience in the insurance industry (asset)
Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, and functional proficiency in English (an asset)
