About this role
Role Overview
Responsibility for the maintenance and smooth operation of building services and technical building systems
Leadership, development and motivation of the team
Planning, coordination and supervision of maintenance and repair measures
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, safety and quality standards
Identifying and implementing innovative optimization measures in technical facility management (concept development, budget planning, etc.). This includes technical systems as well as the entire building fabric and outdoor areas
Coordination of external service providers and oversight of budget planning
Collaboration with commercial facility management for invoicing following technical inspection
Digital documentation of all events (maintenance, repairs) – using our FM software
First technical point of contact for our building technicians
Task allocation, work preparation and scheduling
Requirements
Completed technical training with an additional qualification (master craftsman, certified technician or equivalent) or a degree in building services engineering, architecture or civil engineering with a technical focus
Several years of professional experience in facility management or technical property management
Experience leading teams and managing external service providers
Strong organizational skills and a structured working style
Enthusiasm for digitalization and optimizing processes and workflows
Innovative mindset and a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach
Very good knowledge of common Office applications; experience with FM tools is required
