Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing document management, generation, archiving, and signing solutions
Ensure architectural best practices and technology standards are followed
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic goals
Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring sessions for engineering teams
Establish and lead Communities of Practice ensuring continuous learning and best practice adoption
Develop and maintain frameworks, guidelines, and accelerators for engineering excellence
Promote automation and improve software development lifecycle efficiency
Engage with internal and external technology communities
Optimize deployment pipelines for faster time-to-market
Embed quality practices into the software development lifecycle

Extensive hands-on solution development experience in AWS/Azure/Sharepoint cloud environments
Background in document and metadata management, process automation, AI-enablement in a large organization is a plus
Technical leadership skills with a history of leading development teams
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally Java
Expertise in solution architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and high-availability system design
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
