Responsible for the smooth, secure and high-performance technical operation of the SAP systems under management, with the goal of maximum customer satisfaction.
Leadership responsibility (both technical and disciplinary) for an international SAP Basis team.
Organize on-call rosters and availability, and ensure maintenance activities on the SAP systems.
Establish and monitor KPIs (availability, performance, ticket volume, SLA fulfillment).
Responsible for building and using monitoring and automation solutions.
Promote knowledge sharing and documentation of know-how.
Support technology and service transformations through new SAP operating models.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable qualifications.
Experience in leadership and team management.
Combination of deep technical expertise (SAP landscapes, S/4HANA).
Several years of experience as an SAP Basis consultant or architect, and experience in the operation and administration of SAP systems (Transport Management (STMS), Performance Analysis (ST03N, ST22, SM21), Monitoring & Alerting, Background Job Management, knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP BTP as a strategic platform).
Experience with SAP AI (Joule), security & compliance (secure operation of customer SAP landscapes).
Strong communication skills.
