Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles within the US virtual staffing space
Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates across various sourcing platforms
Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate records and recruitment activities
Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Contribute to recruitment strategies that help scale hiring in a startup environment
Requirements
Proven experience in US virtual staffing recruitment
Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
Strong passive sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates through multiple sourcing channels
Solid knowledge of Boolean search techniques
Experience using and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with strong attention to data accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
