Receive affiliate supplemental agreement requests from the Creative Department and review for errors
Approve applicable Business Affairs Department terms and shepherd deal memo through agreement lifecycle
Develop and maintain familiarity with contract templates and other affiliations documents
Supervise deal recoupments, contingent payments, and notify internal stakeholders
Interface with the Finance Department regarding monitoring and collection of other recoupable monies
Liaise with the RDRS Department on pre-and post-distribution issues

Bachelors degree in music business, related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years experience with a music publisher, performing rights organization, or comparable entity
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel
An ability to recognize and solve business problems as they arise
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
An ability to stay organized, motivated and manage workload to ensure established deadlines are met

Administration, management, and tracking of SESAC PRO’s key writer and publisher agreements
Liaise with the Finance Department to schedule, release, and recoup payments
Manage and maintain the Account Contract Monetary Interface (ACMI) system
Establish, generate, maintain, and disseminate reports related to the ACMI system
Prepare and communicate reports to the Creative and Finance Departments
Maintain open lines of communication with various departments regarding affiliate supplemental agreement matters
Manage SESAC PRO affiliations document repository (LaserFiche/OpenText) maintenance
Communicate with SESAC PRO writer and/or publisher affiliates as necessary
