Own the product vision and roadmap for embedded firmware and desktop software solutions
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities
Partner daily with engineering, QA, and cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Manage and refine the product backlog to support ongoing development cycles
Support Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across teams
Provide product updates, insights, and roadmap recommendations to management
Balance customer needs, technical requirements, and long-term platform strategy

Certified Product Owner credential (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent)
3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience
Strong background supporting engineering teams—ideally in embedded systems and/or desktop applications
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-team leadership skills
Ability to work onsite daily in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment
Experience in hardware-software integrated products
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Passion for automotive performance
