Support onboarding activities for new hires, offboarding activities for leavers, and position change activities for current employees with employment changes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Help resolve employee inquiries and issues related to policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1 year of work experience in HR, Customer Service or any Corporate role.
Willing to work in the US Eastern time zone (8:00 pm
5:00 am MNL time), mostly remote with occasional office days once in a while.
Previous internship or experience in HR is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
