Enable the success of the most critical government missions and growth in Human Resources.
Support daily International HR functions focused on global pension/retirement planning/administration and leave management.
Maintain country compliance and local regulatory knowledge, international policy updates, global pension administration, and managing country leave regulations.
Drive an engaging employee experience through cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
5+ years of related experience, with global HR programs and projects including global pension/retirement plans and leave management/administration
Bachelor's Degree or 9+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
In-depth understanding of international pension structures and regulatory requirements
Microsoft Office Suite
HRIS (Workday a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills and business acumen
Strong interpersonal, influence, and customer relationship skills
