Actively participate in the design and preparation of specifications and details for building mechanical systems (ventilation, heating, plumbing, various networks).
Perform engineering calculations and prepare equipment and material lists.
Contribute to cost estimating, drawing preparation, and quality control.
Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and compliance with standards and client requirements.
Conduct site surveys and participate in construction follow-ups.
Keep your knowledge up to date on products, standards, and technologies.

DEC in Mechanical Engineering / Building Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years’ experience in building mechanical design.
Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication in French.
Valid driver’s license and ASP construction card.
Communicate clearly and professionally with contractors to explain technical requirements, answer questions, ensure accurate understanding of drawings and specifications, and facilitate work coordination.
