Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Nursing.
Registered Nurse License upon hire.
License in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
5 years
Experience in project management, healthcare administration or clinical field.
5 years
Acute care experience.
5 years
Progressive management experience.
Experience incorporating process improvement methodologies into larger scale projects.
Experience managing multiple projects with various time frames and requirements.
Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management Principles.
Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities.
Demonstrated experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models.
Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, employees and all levels of leadership across the Oregon Region.
