About this role
Role Overview
Administer and manage training activities within an LMS (Cornerstone preferred)
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and train-the-trainer sessions
Partner with Global Training, OCM, and business teams to align training with deployment milestones
Track training readiness, attendance, risks, and mitigation plans
Support migration and retirement of local training materials
Provide ongoing support during deployment and hypercare phases
Requirements
3+ years of experience in training coordination or LMS administration
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone or similar)
Project coordination skills is a plus
Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
Experience supporting enterprise system or ERP implementations is a plus
Ability to work with global teams across time zones
