Build mid
to long-term growth strategies for key research products and services.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define product positioning and portfolio strategies.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from product planning and introduction to optimization and growth.
Work closely with sales, technical specialists, and operations teams to ensure successful product adoption.
Monitor product performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities aligned with global strategy.
Develop training materials and conduct product training for sales teams and distribution partners.
Support digital initiatives and sales funnel management using CRM tools.
Act as a bridge between commercial teams, scientists, and operational stakeholders.
Provide technical insights and help define deliverables for complex projects.
Contribute to closing opportunities and enhancing customer engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or project management within life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.
Strong scientific communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience collaborating with international teams or overseas headquarters.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across commercial and technical functions.
Strong analytical and information management skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Knowledge of preclinical research, disease models, or laboratory research tools (preferred).
Experience supporting drug discovery, translational research, or biomedical research environments (preferred).
Understanding of immunology, oncology, inflammation, or related therapeutic areas (preferred).
Business-level Japanese and English.
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
