Systematically map the market to identify suppliers that match the business and technical requirements
Initiate selective, high-quality contact with potential partners
Lead the communication process, negotiate commercial terms, and secure the signing of the partnership agreement
Ensure a seamless transfer of the signed partner to the Account Manager and Technical teams for onboarding and integration
Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
Work closely with the BDM Lead to align targeted supply sources with the department’s broader strategy
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on business development, lead generation, and partner acquisition
Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically regarding traffic sources, ad formats, integration types (Native, API, Header Bidding/Prebid, RTB)
Proven ability to conduct deep market research
Ability to identify the right decision-makers and tailor pitches
Advanced English, Fluent Ukrainian
Will be a plus: Existing network of contacts within Supply-Side platforms, Ad Networks, Native Traffic sources
