You acquire festival and concert promoters and actively build your client base and network.
Your tasks include needs analyses, presentations, preparing proposals and contract negotiations.
You act and communicate confidently with stakeholders—regardless of channel.
You have a strong interest in efficient workflows.
You serve as the interface to internal teams for onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth start.
Requirements
You have a university degree or completed vocational training (e.g., in a commercial/business field).
You have a solid grasp of sales fundamentals and a proven track record in new customer acquisition (ideally in IT/software sales).
You are motivated by successes and challenges and enjoy building and expanding customer relationships.
You are goal-oriented, creative and independent.
Structured working is important to you.
Music, entertainment and live events are your passion.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, persuasive presentation skills and negotiation ability are a given.
Your travel share is about 20%.
