Partner with Product Managers to define AI-driven features and roadmap priorities.
Translate business processes into structured product requirements and user stories.
Develop PRDs and business cases for AI-driven capabilities.
Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking for AI applications in insurance.
Identify high-value automation opportunities across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, or customer support.
Define use cases involving document summarization, intelligent Q&A, data extraction, decision support, and workflow automation.
Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to define model evaluation criteria and functional requirements.
Support prompt design strategies, guardrails, explainability, and responsible AI frameworks.
Work closely with Engineering, UX, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate AI solutions.
Support release planning in Agile / Scrum environments.
Present product insights and feature recommendations to leadership stakeholders.
Ensure AI outputs align with compliance and regulatory expectations.
Support model monitoring frameworks, audit readiness, and governance reviews.
Define human-in-the-loop controls and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or Product Operations.
MBA from a US-accredited university.
Experience in the Insurance domain (P&C, Life, or Specialty preferred).
Strong structured problem-solving and requirement documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile product environments.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly Generative AI and LLMs.
Experience building AI copilots or automation platforms.
Familiarity with insurance core systems and enterprise data ecosystems.
Exposure to model governance and regulatory frameworks.
Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
