About this role

Responsible for managing exchange and market data services from vendors such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, SIX, etc., supporting research, advisory, portfolio management, trading, and risk management
Monitor information platforms and oversee license agreements, usage rights, subscriptions, and pricing from suppliers
Coordinate legally binding agreements between licensors and licensees to mitigate the risk of additional charges during audits
Operationally manage and maintain the complete documentation inventory
Prepare periodic usage reports for exchanges and data providers to ensure accurate billing
Provide strategic advice to business units that consume market data to align data procurement optimally with trading and analysis strategies

Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Professional experience in a bank, with an asset manager, or at a fund manager
Knowledge of exchange and market data management (Bloomberg, Reuters, Morningstar, SIX, etc.) and familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks
Interest in acting as a bridge between stakeholders such as trading, procurement, and IT
Analytical and independent mindset with a strong team orientation
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English and German
