Actively acquire new customers through various sales channels and expand existing customer relationships
Represent the company at trade fairs and relevant industry events
Advise clients and develop customized logistics and outsourcing concepts
Prepare, evaluate and support tenders from an economic perspective
Analyze buying centers and develop compelling USPs in close collaboration with internal specialist departments
Closely coordinate and align offers and tenders with management
Manage the entire sales process from first contact to contract signing, including support in contract negotiations

Degree in logistics or a comparable qualification/education preferred
At least five years of professional experience in sales or business development in contract logistics
Proven success in acquiring new customers and sustainable business development
Excellent market knowledge of the German contract logistics market, complemented by a strong, practical industry network
Strong sales and communication skills with a clear hunter mentality
Good English skills, both written and spoken
High mobility and willingness to travel within Germany
Strong self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, and pronounced team spirit
