The Systems Analyst is responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing information technology solutions for business areas, aiming to ensure optimal efficiency and performance of systems, and to provide high-quality support to users across the Auxiliadora Predial Group.
Gather requirements and analyze processes together with business areas to propose improvements to existing systems.
Serve as the technical focal point between internal teams and software vendors or development teams.
Ensure the quality of deliverables by executing functional tests and validating new features.
Manage the backlog of tickets and requests, identify root causes of issues, and follow corrections through to final resolution with the user.
Extract and analyze data using SQL to support decision-making and generate reports for business areas.
Prepare technical documentation and work instructions to keep departmental knowledge up to date.
Deliver training to users on new tools or system version updates.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis, IT, or related fields.
Hands-on experience in systems analysis and gathering operational requirements.
Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
Analytical profile with a focus on problem-solving and user support.
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic support environment.
