About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for expanding and operationally implementing our sales activities in Switzerland
Key contributor to market expansion, new customer acquisition and revenue growth
Central point of contact between customers, management and internal departments
Active sales of the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (specialist consulting) to enterprise clients
Independently acquire new customers and manage and grow existing accounts
Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to contract closing — involving product and sales specialists
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
Responsible for revenue targets within your customer segment
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking functions
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in B2B solution sales
Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth in B2B sales
Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Proficient with MS Office
Business-fluent German (C1 level)
Excellent written and spoken English
