Role Overview
- Build relationships internally and externally
- Assess leads, identify efficiency opportunities for customers
- Develop solutions that include work scope, timing, and pricing
- Win contracts and execute to plan
- Consult directly with aviation clients for complex aviation operations challenges
- Lead communications with project stakeholders
- Monitor and communicate program financial status to practice leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 15 or more years' related work experience
- Master's degree with minimum 12 or more years' related work experience
- 7-10 years in an aviation operations management role at a commercial airline or business jet operator
- Minimum 10 years airline/aerospace industry experience
- Demonstrated understanding of industry regulations, primarily EASA and/or FAA
