Establish and maintain distribution channels for the full line of Genie Aerial Work Platform products
Develop plans to ensure continued growth in assigned area or territory
Conduct research of local market and business activity
Assist customers with business planning and development
Ensure that customers understand the Genie value proposition
Educate customers on products, services, warranties, and technical support
Provide accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, price, availability, terms and conditions
Elicit feedback from customers on existing products and services
Convey feedback to Genie cross-functional teams
Manage multi-unit rollouts of regional accounts and multi-month equipment roll-out contracts
Control personal expenses per the agreed-upon budget, manage discount levels, and strive to improve company margins
Focus on self-development and meeting training requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of relevant sales experience in aerial products or equipment rental industry
In-depth knowledge of Genie products
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to design, develop, and deliver sales communication in writing and in person
Ability to conduct price, product, and delivery negotiations
Advanced knowledge of new business development, product marketing, sales, and equipment financing programs a plus
