Key role in the design and further development of complex SIGINT systems
Design of robust, scalable and interoperable architectures for mission-critical applications
Responsibility for the overall technical architecture of the system/program
Development and evaluation of system architectures for complex software and hardware solutions
Analysis of operational requirements and derivation of technical system and subsystem architectures
Definition of interfaces, data flows and integration strategies for sensors, signal processing and communications modules
Preparation of architecture and design documentation (e.g. using UML, SysML, ArchiMate)
Technical leadership of interdisciplinary development teams
Collaboration with systems engineers, software developers and project management
Conducting architecture reviews, risk analyses and system analyses
Support for customer presentations, tenders and technical concepts

Degree in Computer Science (including Business Informatics), Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of requirements engineering and several years of experience in creating solution architectures
Ideally, solid experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
Experience in system architecture for complex safety
or security-critical systems, preferably in the defence or aerospace sector
Interest in solution design and system/IT architectures, including interfaces
Familiarity with SysML/UML, NAF or TOGAF
Willingness to travel (up to approx. 30%) and strong communication skills
Ideally knowledge of radio technology or a technical background in signal analysis, reconnaissance or data exploitation
Strong analytical skills, systems thinking and excellent communication abilities
Willingness to undergo security screening in accordance with SÜG
Good presentation and moderation skills and strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
