Role Overview
- Verification, coding and posting of incoming invoices
- Maintenance and reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Execution of payment transactions
- Resolving discrepancies with suppliers

Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office administrator or tax assistant
- Initial or several years of experience in accounts payable or financial accounting
- Confident user of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and self‑directed working style
- Good to very good German language skills
