Role Overview
- Advise and assist global manufacturing sites with process optimization, technical evaluations, capital planning, product launches, and complex troubleshooting.
- Provide expert engineering support and guidance for global manufacturing strategy, including critical capital investments.
- Develop and implement tools and programs to foster knowledge sharing across the Elanco engineering community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering within a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, animal health, or related industry).
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams on complex technical issues.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal direction and have the flexibility for business travel.
