Educational Consultant – Per Diem, Math

Role Overview

• Facilitate high-quality professional development, training, and support.
• Analyze data and communicate consultatively with teachers and leaders.
• Serve teachers with on-site product training.
• Help ensure equity in the classroom.
• Provide tailored on-site support for educators.
• Track and submit detailed training notes.
• Present a professional image to customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development.
• Strong working knowledge of the State Standards for Mathematics for Grades K–8.
• Fluency with using digital tools including online assessments.
• Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent computer and internet skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an educational cohort.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
