Role Overview
- Assist customers with shopping experience, sharing our story, brand and products
- Hitting individual sales goals & other key metrics
- Keeping the store looking great at all times, cleaning as needed
- Stock/inventory & shipment duties
- Cash handling, operating point of sale programs, preparing bank cash deposits
Requirements
- 1-2 year experience in customer service and retail, preferred
- Experience with handling cash and POS systems, preferred
- Conversational Japanese, preferred
- Warm, friendly, positive attitude
- excited to share the CocoNene Way and products with guests
- Goal-oriented, driven to grow sales
- Strong desire to learn, grow and improve
