Successfully achieve predefined sales and strategic objectives for the business unit
Manage sales cycle for new and existing business opportunities via collaboration with internal teams such as client success, analytics, product, sales operations, data governance and partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams across product, client service and marketing to identify thematic client asks, and surface new opportunities to showcase client work.
Develop long term client relationships through regular interactions and insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or quantitative field
Proven track record on meeting and exceeding sales targets
Minimum 5 years of work experience in outside/front line sales capacity with ad-tech or marketing tech companies
Experience in digital advertising, CTV/OTT ecosystems, media analytics, and consultative sales.
A deep knowledge of the TV, Video and Digital advertising ecosystems, in particular audience and advertising measurement of these platforms.
Experience with/within a Broadcaster, Digital Publisher, Advertising Agency is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset, a capability to develop your own initiatives and priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile
Adaptability to deal with rapidly changing requirements of a start-up environment
