Engage shoppers by explaining the features and benefits of Scotts products
Provide our retail partners product knowledge for all Scotts products
Restock shelves, and displays while ensuring products are clean, faced, priced correctly
Collaborate closely with the Scotts Sales Manager to execute sales strategies
Assemble fixtures and in-store displays designed to capture customer attention
Set up and maintain signage and promotional materials that highlight value

Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to routinely walk, stand, climb an 8–12-foot ladder, lift up to 45 lbs (occasionally)
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required
Reside within 25 km of the assigned location
Possess a valid driver’s license, acceptable driver’s abstract
Willing to submit and successfully pass a Canada Criminal Background Check
Must be able to speak English fluently
For positions based in Quebec, French is mandatory, and bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
Reliable access to a vehicle during work hours
