Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Qualify prospects to confirm contact relevance, budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT Methodology).
Book high-quality meetings for the Sales team.
Support outbound prospecting with Sales and source new leads independently.
Track and manage prospecting and outreach activity accurately using CRM and data tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Apollo.
Show openness to AI tools that support prospecting and productivity.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to maximise conversation rates/ results.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
Comfortable with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Ability to work toward ambitious monthly targets.
Experience or willingness to learn CRM tools like HubSpot.
Experience in B2B or technology sales (Desirable).
Exposure to Microsoft technologies or ecosystem (Desirable).
