Analyze customer business needs and participate in planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems
Troubleshoot ongoing technical and data integration issues within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Manage UAT, as well as the adoption and enablement to hand back to functional users
Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues
Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards
Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as Cloud Pages
Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions
Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce
Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (mandatory)
Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (Preferred)
Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce
Experience with project management tasks, including requirements of writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing
Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems
