Business Analyst – Startup B2B Platform (fully Remote: US/Canada only)

Sentrilite is an early-stage B2B SaaS platform focused on helping organizations gain better visibility, control, and operational clarity across their infrastructure. They are seeking a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between product, customers, and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather and document functional requirements, and align solutions with organizational goals
• Conduct meetings, create reports, detail business requirements, and support teams to enhance business efficiency and technology alignment
• Identify improvement opportunities through in-depth analysis and recommend process optimization for the platform’s ecosystem

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process evaluation
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and insights effectively
• Skilled in Communication to liaise across teams and articulate requirements clearly
• Proven ability to gather and define Business Requirements for SaaS or B2B platforms
• Detail-oriented with project management competencies
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
• Experience in cloud-native or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage
