Use customized software to establish account parameters, enter orders, generate reports, update pricing and add new items, and create deal tables.
Manage debit processing and track debits using appropriate documentation.
Create and maintain BI dashboard reports by extracting data from the CRM system.
Complete various administrative tasks such as filling out promotional forms, preparing new item presentation forms, processing credit applications, and producing PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, and contracts.
Support Key Account Managers with accounts in their portfolio, including budget management and reconciliation.
Schedule and coordinate customer and brand events and sponsorships throughout the year.
Manage and ensure timely internal and external communication regarding promotions.
Monitor account and brand presence in local advertising.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Act as an ambassador for the client, reflecting the company culture in all internal and external communications and interactions.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in a related field and/or 1–3 years of experience in administration, marketing administration, or a related area.
Previous experience in data entry and data management.
Previous experience with Trade Spend Management systems such as Exceedra, Blue Planner, or similar.
Very strong knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint is an asset.
High numeric accuracy and attention to detail for data entry.
