Develops, maintains, and optimizes Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Writes efficient DAX formulas to support complex business calculations.
Works closely with business users to translate reporting needs into technical solutions.
Participates in regular meetings with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities and enhancements.
Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and visualizations.
Monitors report performance and implements improvements when needed.
Supports end-users through documentation, training, and troubleshooting.
Prepares, cleans, and transforms data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, cloud datasets) for reporting needs.

2–3 years of professional experience working with Power BI
Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M language)
Experience working with SQL or relational databases
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Automate, SharePoint) is considered an asset
Experience designing intuitive and visually impactful dashboards.
Excellent command of English language; French is considered an asset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
