Events & Field Marketing Specialist

VODA.ai is a company leveraging Artificial Intelligence to assist water utilities in predicting pipe failures. They are seeking a full-time Events & Field Marketing Specialist to manage the lifecycle of events, including conferences and webinars, ensuring cross-functional execution and promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of conferences, hosted events, and webinars; from evaluating opportunities and securing participation, to cross-functional execution, promotion, and structured closeout
• Proactively scouting and evaluating industry events
• Coordinating end-to-end event logistics (registrations, booth management, shipping, vendors, collateral)
• Leading cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership
